Gospel of Judas-NGC Notes 1 of 2

果然,我在namestatistics.com一查,半個叫猶大的人也沒有。

hmm...very often the meaning of Jihad is interpreted by some Muslim leaders to acheive their own political purposes. Muslims die for their religion are not 'stupid' in a way that their violence acts are sparked off by a mixture of complex soical, political and religious reasons. Have you watched Syriana? The pure and young Muslim boy died for an terrorist attack as he felt that it was is a glory to do so - but deep down there were many causes led him to that way.

The reason I quoted "Islam" is for those christian's understanding.

And the "very often".... I'm not sure how often it is. It seems that it's the western point of view of Jihad. For Muslim, they have a purer, simpler, and more positive definition of Jihad.

I haven't watched Syriana. And i don't doubt that some Muslim leaders, as well as Christian leaders or other religion leaders, will brainwash their zealot followers to achieve their whatever "righteous" purposes. All in all, we are just human and that's what human do.

I got some Muslim friends. Usually they are materially poorer, but they are self-contented with their spiritual fullfillment. And that's the merit.

You've mentioned 'brainwash', an interesting idea. My friend told me that she once found she was brainwashing the young boys and girls in Sunday school as she was a teacher there. Then, she gave up her faith.
Well, I don't really think of this question though I am a Christian. :)

The term "brainwash" is a bit of overstatement. But anyway yes, it's an interesting subject especially you have some knowledge of hypnotic language. And once you understand it, you can see people practicing it everywhere, in churches, schools, speeches...

Over the years, I have discovered that many things i learnt were false. In the other words, my teachers and parents taught me false information. Not that they purposely did it to wrong me, but that they believed it was the right things to teach. OH MY GOD!

For your friend's case, she seemed to be the polar type, switching from extreme to extreme. Actually she didn't have to give up her faith. She may just need to reconstruct her faith to fit her rational free mind.

And do you feel my articles offensive to Christianity?

As far as these two articles are concerned, I don't see any offensive arguments there. But I am sure this kind of 'discoveries' will put some people off.

It's unrealistic to take values, beliefs, and biases away from any doctrines. That's why people said there is no 'true fact' in history. Ha...maybe one day your son will make the same complaint and blame on your wrong teachings.

I wont really mind if my kid can have the ability to prove me wrong. And I think it's far more important to teach kids to think rationally, and have an open mind so that they can consciously choose their way of life.
